Alur magang dan PKLInternship process
Seluruh program berjalan di Portal Magang ALLMAR, sehingga peserta, sekolah atau kampus, dan pembimbing melihat kemajuan yang sama.The whole programme runs in the ALLMAR Internship Portal, so interns, schools or campuses and supervisors see the same progress.
TahapanStages
- Daftar ke lowongan PKL atau magang yang dibuka dan buat Akun Pelamar.Apply to an open internship and create an Applicant Account.
- Seleksi berkas dan wawancara singkat bila diperlukan.Document screening and a short interview if needed.
- Bila diterima, akun peserta dibuat dan tautan aktivasi dikirim ke email Anda.If accepted, your intern account is created and an activation link is emailed to you.
- Hari pertama: orientasi dan pengenalan pembimbing serta tugas.Day one: orientation and introduction to your supervisor and tasks.
- Selama program: absensi harian, tugas dari pembimbing, dan nilai per tugas di portal.During the programme: daily attendance, supervisor tasks and a grade for each task in the portal.
- Akhir program: presentasi dan laporan akhir.End of programme: presentation and final report.
- Peserta yang mencapai nilai minimal kelulusan menerima sertifikat ALLMAR yang keasliannya dapat dicek di halaman verifikasi.Interns who reach the pass mark receive an ALLMAR certificate whose authenticity can be checked on the verification page.
Untuk sekolah dan kampusFor schools and campuses
Kehadiran dan nilai peserta tercatat di sistem, sehingga laporan untuk sekolah atau kampus dapat disusun dari data yang sama. Kerja sama penempatan rutin dapat diajukan lewat halaman kerja sama kampus.Attendance and grades are recorded in the system, so reports for schools or campuses come from the same data. Regular placement partnerships can be requested through the campus partnership page.
